"bee nice" USA begins!

I found out that today is Random Act of Kindness Day.  What a perfect day to send out the first 50 bee nice cards!  It was a lot of work to get it all done, but I've got a card for one household in each of the 50 states ready to go out in the mail!

If you've received your card and you've stopped by this blog, let me know by leaving a comment below.  This site is meant to be completely anonymous, but if you can leave your city and state and a little bit of information about what nice thing was done for you, and/or what nice thing you're going to do for someone else, that would be so great!  It'll be fun to track all the places that the 'bee nice' cards travel to.

  3. What a sweet idea! I've thought of doing something similar with charms (it's $1.50 for a "lucky turtle" glass charm), but not with your blog twist. Instead of good deeds, I wanted to give them to special people who do something amazing to make me smile and appreciate the goodness around me more.

I saw a handicapped girl at Walmart and her mother told her no for something. She was very disappointed but handled it well and when they left the store she had a smile on her face and was holding mom's hand. No grudge held and it was just so sweet I wanted to hug her or something, but I didn't--I just smiled inside.

I admire what you're doing and if you get just a handful of responses, at least you know you touched someone. :)

    1. I like your turtle charm idea - very cute!

Thank you for your story and for your kind words. You're right; instead of worrying about the responses that I didn't get, I'm going to focus on the ones that I have already received. It really fills my heart with joy to know that I've helped to make someone out there smile, and that they will in turn pass it along.

I hope you have a very happy day!
